Professional Resources’ EAP is a full-time service, available to employees 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  We have a commitment to our clients to respond to any phone call, regardless of the time of day, within 2 hours.  Each employee is offered a face- to- face interview within 24 hours of contact.  Our staff is able to respond to emergency situations immediately.  In case of a traumatic event, (shooting, robbery, assault, natural catastrophe etc.) our team of Critical Incident Specialists are available to respond to conduct debriefing sessions with all employees impacted.   

Workers’ Compensation is an area in which we have assisted client companies in reducing their costs by implementing a proactive EAP.  Early intervention often establishes a positive connection with the employee and can result in fewer claims being made.
